30-Day Refund Policy for Scimple Education's RESUSX:ReUnionĀ  Conference

At Scimple Education, we are dedicated to providing you with a rewarding experience during our online conference. We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from participating as planned. Therefore, we have implemented a 30-day refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Refund Eligibility:

  1. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 60 days of the conference. Within 60 days of the conference partial refundsĀ issued on a case by case basis.Ā There will be absolutely no refunds once the conference has begun.
  2. Refunds will only be issued for the conference registration fee. Additional fees, such as transaction fees, are non-refundable.
  3. Refunds are applicable to individual attendees and are non-transferable to other individuals or future events.

Refund Process:

  1. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] or through our website's contact form.
  2. In your refund request, kindly provide your full name, the email address used during registration, and the reason for your refund.
  3. Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days with further instructions.
  4. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions:

  1. Full refunds will not be granted for requests madeĀ within the 60-day refund window has expired.
  2. Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions or non-attendance during the conference.
  3. Refunds will not be provided if the conference content has already been accessed or downloaded.
  4. Refunds will not be provided once the conference has begun onĀ September 16, 2024

Please note that any bank fees or charges incurred during the refund process will be the responsibility of the attendee.
